The Civic Cultural Arts Precinct is a new green space for the community. A centre for arts, community and wellbeing, the performance gallery is separated into two sections, the light lobby and the dark hall. The precinct draws people in with the laneway restaurants and forms a link between Civic and City Hill. People come together in the performance gallery while the reflection garden allows space for one to peacefully meditate under the tree. The green square allows people to collect together while the grass hill allows the public to walk onto the green roof.
